Introduction

 

            I chose to teach a grammar class at Durham Technical Community College to complete this project. Teaching adults grammar skills is interesting and very hard if one does not prepare properly for the class. One week before teaching the class, I met with the teacher of the grammar class Mr. Ben Keechin and asked a few question in order to prepare for the project in advance.

            After discussing it with Mr. Keech, we decided to teach the class the progressive tenses. I created the lesson plan, assessment tools, and the teacher evaluation form that will be implemented throughout the class period. The following information is a layout of the duration of the class.
