Professional Experience

• ·    Graduated from the Primary Education Teachers’ College in 2002 in Saudi Arabia.

• ·    Employed as teacher at four different schools from 2002-2012.

• ·    I worked with the Saudi Ministry of information in the preparation and presentation of television and radio programs from 2009 through 2011.

• ·    Facilitated workshops to improve teachers’ performance in primary education and was selected as coach and supervisor for the teachers.

• ·    Trained faculty and staff of Faisal bin Fahad elementary school in innovative and effective teaching methods.

• ·    Served as committee member for developing and implementing updated course textbooks.

• ·    Assisted in the development of advanced interactive learning tools.

Career Goals

• ·    I plan to implement my knowledge and gained skills to improve the educational system of Saudi Arabia.

• ·    I seek to promote the introduction of computer software technology in schools to help teachers manage the classroom more efficiently, add excitement to the teaching experience and improve class time management.

Education

• ·    Completed the ESL program at UNCG December 2013.

• ·    Enrolled in Adult Education Program in the Spring 2014 to present.

• ·    Took several courses in teaching, administration, course and activity development, and leadership.

• ·    Received a diploma in computing and presenting a program to follow-up students’ performance in school and class management.

• ·    Attended conferences focused on Adult Education and Technology integration.
